Grup Engind develops a basic project and optional management of a new project in the Les Plaines Baixes de la Bisbal del Penedès Industrial Estate
The work started last September and delivery is scheduled for next March 2020 (6 months)
It is a warehouse intended for productive activity on a plot of a total of 10,000 m².
In this first phase of the project, a total of 2,500 m² of ground floor space is being built, with the totality of the project being a total of 6,200 m² where production activities, logistics and offices will later be located.
In this first phase, a radiant floor has been installed over the entire surface.
