The action located in the PLV of Ribarroja del Túria (Valencia), on a plot of more than 35,000 m², 4 terraced warehouses have been built with a total area of more than 22,000 m² of storage and 1,500 m² of offices, with a total of more than 23,000 m² built
Engind carries out the project and the construction management with BIM methodology, guaranteeing adequate coordination in all phases of construction and an adjusted execution time, only 7 months from the start of work to delivery to the client.

It has been certified in the logistics center of Valencia for Prologis BREEAM® Very Good, achieving a reduction in the energy of the 43% with renewable energies, reduction of CO2 emissions and water consumption, among other environmental improvements.
