Engineering Group has delivered to Prologis the 3rd phase of Prologis Park Penedés, on a plot of 126,000 m², two logistics buildings with more than 80,000 m² (DC2: 26,620 m², DC3: 53,477 m²).
Located in the "Les Plans Baixes" industrial estate; of La Bisbal del Penedés, is superbly located next to AP2 and very close to AP7.
After 15 months from the project to the delivery to the client, in Grup Engind we thank the good work of all the participating agents with which we managed to fulfill this intense work within the deadline and in the appropriate way, without financial deviations.
