Our technicians have completed a course to learn about the current dynamics of energy savings and efficiency and, specifically, the energy certification of existing buildings.
According to the RD's proposal for energy certification of existing buildings, as a result of the transposition of the Directive 2002/91/EC on energy efficiency in buildings, any building that is rented or sold must have energy certification, with the aim of making available to the buyers or users of the buildings objective information about the energy characteristics of the same.
Engineering has the programs approved by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism. These programs together with the technical knowledge allow the energy certification of existing buildings for residential, small and medium tertiary use, and establish a degree of energy efficiency based on CO2 emissions derived from consumption associated with heating, cooling needs , ACS, ventilation and lighting.
