The surface of the plot is from 32,350 m2. The use of the same is industrially productive in the plastic sector. Attached to the nave will be the administrative building.

The project develops a first phase of 14,750 m2, currently under construction and the forecast of a future second phase that will make up a complex of 21,880 m2 built.
