DESIGNING INDUSTRIAL SHIP IN OLÉRDOLA:
Engind designs and directs the construction of a warehouse for industrial use, located in Olérdola on a plot of 21,434.62 m2.
With a built-up area of 12,000 m², intended mainly for industrial production, it has storage areas, social spaces and offices.
It is a building with a prefabricated concrete structure: pillars, beams, alveolar plate forgings and main interior enclosures, taking care of the finish and maintaining the concept of a ship in the design.
A crugia is projected in the south nave of 10x23.20m and in the north nave of 10x29.50m.
The work started in November 2017 it will be delivered to the customer in 8 months.
