GroupEngind has ended the direction of one logistics center for Prologis Spain.
The action located at the POS of Riba-roja del Túria (Valencia), on a plot of more than 35,000 m², has built 4 semi-detached warehouses with a total area of more than 22,000 m² of warehouse and 1,500 m² of offices, with a total of more than 23,000 m² built.
Engind carries out the project and the construction management with BIM methodology, guaranteeing adequate coordination in all phases of construction and a tight execution time, only 7 months from the start of work to delivery to the customer.

In the logistics center of Valencia for Prologis has been certified BREEAM® Very Good, achieving a reduction in energy from the 43% with renewable energy, reduction in CO2 emissions and water consumption, among other environmental improvements.
