Engineering Group presents this video-summary of the project and construction process of Prologis Park Penedés, in the Industrial Park of Planes Baixes, located in Tarragona, in the region of Baix Penedés, where you can see the design of the project and how the whole process has been throughout the months of work.
We start with the first feedback from the client, collecting their needs, with the corresponding contacts with the local and public administration, the builder and all the people involved, managed with BIM methodology, which allows us to improve coordination, save time and an advance in the integral management of the project.
Prologis Park Penedés has been executed in 2 distinct phases, beginning the first earth movement in May 2017, with a early acces in 5 months and finishing the second phase in July 2018. In each of the two phases, two buildings have been built, DC2 with 26,620 m2 and DC3 with 53,475 m2, and in each the different works of movement have been completed of land (more than 265,000 m3), cementation (more than 450 wells), prefabricated concrete structure (spans up to 24 m), facades of prefabricated concrete panels, roofs (TPO, skylights and exits), offices, installations (led lighting , full flow, PCI tank and BMS operability), interior paving (concrete slab "without joints" and supercharges of up to 6T/m2), urbanization, interior works...
The construction has been certified Breeam Good, providing the whole with a guarantee of ecological sustainability, reduction of energy consumption, contribution of renewable energy, reduction of emissions and water consumption and improvement in services for users: comfort, ventilation, light, non-toxic materials...
