We are a company formed by a team of highly qualified professionals, with a long experience and tradition of more than 35 years<\/strong> dedicated to industrial engineering services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ENGINE<\/strong> is a business group dedicated to industrial real estate with its headquarters in Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s, established in the year 1991<\/strong> by its founding partner the Mr. Delf\u00edn L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, Technical Industrial Engineer, who has been developing his profession since 1981.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Engineering office is made up of an in-house team of 15 professionals, including industrial engineers, technical engineers, technical architects, project draftsmen and management and administration staff, and other external collaborators in various disciplines and partners from different business sectors .<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

At GrupEngind we develop projects with BIM methodology<\/strong> (Building Information Modeling), bringing the project closer to the promoter-client, by means of a digital model in 3D<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This technological tool (BIM) makes it possible to design, project, manage and build by integrating the information in a complete and unique model that facilitates and improves the coordination, production and quality of the works, in the project, construction and operation phase, adjusting costs and time execution and maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
