From its initial project, during its construction, during its useful life, maintenance management or extensions-modifications and until its final demolition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\"><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #666699;\\\"><strong>BIM: optimizing construction processes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\">Managing the construction with a virtual model in which all the information of the work is collected, allows the different agents, engineers, builders, promoters, financiers, facilities managers, etc., to be in contact with the project.<\/p>\n<p>Against the &quot;classic&quot; methodology, with a very linear process in conception, until one phase ends, the next does not begin and a complex interrelationship between agents, involves repeated forwards and backwards due to incompatibility in the adopted solutions, discrepancies,... more of the distressing on-site interactions between different industrialists, forcing modifications and adaptations with great loss of resources and time in execution.<\/p>\n<p>Faced with this \\&quot;classic\\&quot; methodology, the BIM methodology aims to avoid unnecessary losses of time and effort, involving the different agents, from the project phase, during its generation.
