According to the RD's proposal for energy certification of existing buildings, as a result of the transposition of the Directive 2002\/91\/EC on energy efficiency in buildings<\/strong>, any building that is rented or sold must have energy certification, with the aim of making available to the buyers or users of the buildings objective information about the energy characteristics of the same.<\/p>\n Engineering has the programs approved by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism<\/strong>.
