Se ha publicado en el BOE la\u00a0Ley 21\/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de evaluaci\u00f3n ambiental<\/b>. Esta ley re\u00fane en un \u00fanico texto el r\u00e9gimen jur\u00eddico de la evaluaci\u00f3n de planes, programas y proyectos, estableciendo un conjunto de disposiciones comunes que aproximan y facilitan la aplicaci\u00f3n de estas regulaciones.<\/p>\n
La presente Ley consta de 64 art\u00edculos distribuidos en tres t\u00edtulos: el t\u00edtulo I contiene los principios y disposiciones generales, el t\u00edtulo II contiene las disposiciones reguladoras de los procedimientos de evaluaci\u00f3n ambiental<\/b> y, por \u00faltimo, el t\u00edtulo III regula el seguimiento y r\u00e9gimen sancionador.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
