Desde su proyecto inicial, durante su construcci\u00f3n, durante su vida \u00fatil, gestiones de mantenimiento o ampliaciones-modificaciones y hasta su demolici\u00f3n final.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\"><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #666699;\\\"><strong>BIM: optimizar los procesos de la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\">Gestionar la construcci\u00f3n con un modelo virtual en el que se recoja toda la informaci\u00f3n de la obra, permite a los diferentes agentes, ingenieros, constructores, promotores, financieros, facilitiesmanagers, etc., estar en contacto con el proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Contra la metodolog\u00eda \u201ccl\u00e1sica\u201d, con un proceso muy lineal en la concepci\u00f3n, hasta que no termina una fase no comienza la siguiente y una interrelaci\u00f3n entre agentes compleja, conlleva avance-retroceso reiterados por incompatibilidad en las soluciones adoptadas, discrepancias,\u2026 adem\u00e1s de las angustiantes interacciones en obra entre diferentes industriales, obligando a modificaciones y adaptaciones con gran p\u00e9rdida de recursos y tiempo en la ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Frente a esta metodolog\u00eda &quot;cl\u00e1sica&quot;, la metodolog\u00eda BIM pretende evitar p\u00e9rdidas innecesarias de tiempo y esfuerzo, haciendo participe a los diferentes agentes, desde la fase de proyecto, durante su generaci\u00f3n.
