ENGINE is a business group dedicated to industrial real estate with its headquarters in Vilafranca del Penedès, established in the year 1991 by its founding partner the Mr. Delfín López, Technical Industrial Engineer, who has been developing his profession since 1981.
The Engineering office is made up of an in-house team of 15 professionals, including industrial engineers, technical engineers, technical architects, project draftsmen and management and administration staff, and other external collaborators in various disciplines and partners from different business sectors .
