This 2019 we start with good news for Grup Engind: we have acquired a plot of 9,825 m² in Can Parera sector of the municipal term of Castellólí
This plot is designed for the development of a logistics ship available for rent of 5,200 m².
The planned investment is €2.8 million and is expected to be completed in end of next 2019.
This is the second acquisition made in 2018 in the County of Anoia, where this past September a 3,000 m² building was delivered to the municipality for rent.
